I don’t know about all that. Life is about work-life balance. I check my email at least once an hour…but life happens. Maybe I can’t respond right away because I rushed to a networking event, right after my FT job. And…maybe I don’t owe you anything just yet. It’s not that I have a bad work ethic, I’ve worked hundred hour weeks and responded to work emails at 3 a.m. and on vacations…but if you’re just another company who I don’t work for yet, or have any passion for the role…yet…and given the high likelihood that you may end up rejecting me anyways…I can’t put my sanity off to the side to pass this test.
