Thanks for sharing! It is incredibly difficult to make a decent living in any creative field — writer, artist, actor, etc.

It SUCKS when your passions don’t pay the bills. If ONLY your passion was in finance, engineering or medicine — and if you were just plain average at that, you’d live a comfortable life.

With creative fields, it’s harder to make it “big” unless you have the right balance of talent and luck. You have to be outstanding to get noticed.

That’s the saddest thing about life. People value certain skills more than others…
